Yael handled the successful sale of our home in spite of some drawbacks regarding the Wetlands situation in our area. She always answered immediately and showed how she really understands the real estate market. I only wish I had her enthusiasm, energy and knowledge. When we are ready to purchase our next home, we will be using her as our real estate advisor once again as she knows things regarding inspections that never would occur to me. We cannot say enough about Yael. She is professional, caring and responsive. We had listed our home with another realtor and had little response and only a few showings. And the market was good. Then we decided to list with Yael and it was the BEST decision we made. Within 2-3 weeks we had multiple showings and offers and she sold our home. There is no one else who will put the time in, explain everything in detail, responds to texts or call and just make the stressful situation stressless but her.
